Participation, including attendance, is of great importance to Rotary.  Members strive to maintain a 100% attendance record which includes doing a "make up" for a meeting that needed to be missed.

Need to make up a Rotary meeting that you missed?  Choose an option below:

Local Make Up Opportunities

Rotary Board Meeting, second Thursday each month, 7:30 a.m., at Shoney's

New Member Orientation, last Tuesday each month, 7:30 a.m., at Riverside Cafe

Any fundraiser (example: Celebrity Cook Off)

Any service project (example: ringing Salvation Army bell)

Any Committee meeting

Other duties of official Rotary business (ex.: Treasurer preparing invoices)

Rotaract meeting at Hampden-Sydney College

Interact meeting at Fuqua School

IMPORTANT!!!  It is the Rotarian's responsibility to report his or her make up, in writing, to the club's Secretary immediately as make ups have a "shelf life" of only plus or minus 14 days.
